CUSTOMER SERVICE:
We want to answer any questions or concerns you might have. Please allow up to 24 hours for an email response by our Customer Service Team. Any emails sent after business hours are responded to the next business day.
Unworn and unwashed merchandise (excluding accessories and final sale items) can be returned WITHIN 21 DAYS of your item(s) delivery date. Playa Yama does not offer refunds of any kind, ONLY STORE CREDIT. All returns must be approved by emailing info@playayama.com which can be found at: Refund Policy
ORDER CHANGES:
We are so grateful for your order. Please make sure to review it carefully before it is submitted as it cannot be modified. No changes can be made once your order is placed.
SHIPPED TO WRONG ADDRESS:
We do not take responsibility for packages that are delivered to the wrong given address. It is your responsibility to check that your shipping address is correct when your order is placed. If it isn't, please email us right away so we can fix it BEFORE it ships. Once it ships, we are not responsible.
CANCELLED ORDERS:
Please make sure you want your item before you place your order. We do not allow order cancellations due to the quick turn-around time of our shipping department.
SHIPPING:
Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to ship. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number when your order is fulfilled and shipped. Orders may be split across multiple shipments.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES:
Playa Yama is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once the tracking information indicates "Delivered” Playa Yama is not responsible for stolen or missing mail. Please contact USPS (your local post office) with questions regarding shipment tracking.
SIZING GUIDE:
We strive to be as size inclusive as possible. Our checkered sweaters fit oversized to allow for extra comfort. As we grow our size inclusivity will grow. We offer sizing from S/M, L/XL, and plus sizing 2X/3X, and 4X/5X. If you have additional questions in regard to sizing you are welcome to email us at: info@playayama.com
DAMAGED ITEMS:
All damaged items must be reported within 14 days of receiving the item. Please email us with a photo attached. If you contact us after 14 days of receiving your damaged item, you will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
PAYMENT METHODS:
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, GooglePay, PayPal. We cannot change a payment method once your order is placed.
PHOTOGRAPHY:
We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products. We do not take responsibility for monitor discoloration.

Playa Yama reserves the right to cancel and refund any order for any reason.
